Chouinard is a petite gem of a vineyard nestled in the wooded hills of the East Bay. Free winetasting is conducted weekends and most holidays. Picnickers are wellcome to picnic under the oaks and redwoods. The winery also features 9 summer concerts and numerous activities for wine and music lovers.

30 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We produce a wide range of wines, particularly uncommon varieties in small lots using grapes handpicked grapes from small vineyards in San Francisco Bay, Livermore, Monterey, Paso Robles, and Lodi appellations. Wines are sold only on site.

I first became interested in the wine business as an architect.
