We are a full service travel agency, providing great customer service and assistance with all your travel needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
All of us at BJ Travel love to travel! I have been involved in travel (Terri-owner) for more than 30 years, and have the opportunity to see so much of the world!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are still a small, locally owner, family business. Customer Service is number 1 to us. We appreciate each and everyone of our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one store, located in the Irvington area.

Our address is 4075 Papazian Way, Suite 101 in Fremont. Papazian Way is located between Fremont Blvd. and Bay Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment.
Which areas do you service?
Locally we serve the Bay Area, but we have clients all of the country. Since documents and payments can be done electronically, we can work with clients in any location.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Terri and Stephen Landon are the owners of BJ Travel, and have owned the agency since 1995. You will find Terri in the office on a daily basis.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Saturday hours are appointment only.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
