How long have you been in business?
The Woof Pack has been in business since 2005, but I was doing dog walking and pet sitting for about a year before, as I was going to San Jose State. I needed extra cash while I went to school.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is daily dog walking. When you work during the day, we will come to your home and get your dog out for a dog walk for exercise, and to let them do their business. We make sure they have a great time. A close second is our dog sitting service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Well, as I mentioned, I started doing this just for extra cash. But, as I continued, and as I looked into the business of professional pet sitters, I realized that this was part of an enormous pet industry, and pet sitting was really taking off as a business. And, as I continued in school, I realized I didn't want to end up working for someone else. I had enough of that, and I loved working with pets. I began to realize that I could make a living doing something I really love.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a local business, and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. I have heard some stories from our clients about their past pet sitting experiences, and I want to make sure that when you use us, you know for sure that we are professional, and we back our service up. You WILL be satisfied with us. We also provide sitting services for horses, and I also teach Pet First Aid/CPR. I can train you to possibly save your pet's life.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently service several cities in the east bay. We service Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and Castro Valley. We plan to expand into Milpitas, Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore within the next year.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. I think that covers everything. I don't like to accept cash, because checks and credit cards are more easily traceable.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Woof Pack, LLC owns and operates The Woof Pack. I (Richard Delgado) am the president, and myself and an admin run the daily operations. Our sitters and walkers perform the services, and I also do visits.
What are your hours of operation?
We start our first service at 7am, and we are finished by 8pm. We also perform overnight pet sitting.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is that your pets are happy, and that you are completely happy with our service. Our clients also love our dependability.
