Oakland Chinese School providing Mandarin and Cantonese language classes
The Shoong Family Chinese Cultural Center is a non-profit organization established to promote the Chinese language and culture. Its Chinese language school is the largest within the East Bay and has a long tradition of providing Mandarin and Cantonese language classes for youngsters through its weekday after-school or Saturday morning programs.
