Residential Property Management for the Eastbay
We manage 1 to 4 unit residential rental properties from North Fremont up through Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon and Danville, East Castro Valley, Five Canyons and Palomares Hills and out to Livermore. Our owners are all over the world and our occupants come from all over the world. We have been assisting the Eastbay since 1986, let us take the stress out of owning rental property.

How long have you been in business?
Craig Property Management has been in business since 1986
What is your primary product or service?
We manage single family rental properties for owners who have moved out of the area but don't want to sell their home, or for investors who own a rental property and do not want to handle the day to day management of that property. We are on call 24/7 24 hours a day for emergencies at the properties we manage or Mon thru Fri for normal or routine maintenance issues or repairs. We eliminate the stress owning rental property can cause an owner or the headaches for occupants caused by necessary repairs to a property being ignored.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We answer the phones promptly, we return missed phone calls quickly, we communicate promptly with our owners or our occupants, we respond to repair or emergency requests quickly, we do a thorough tenant screening so that we place great tenants in homes for our owners and we pay our owners promptly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one main office and will continuing to take on great properties one at a time, we like to keep those properties within a 20 minute drive time of our office at Stoneridge so that we can be responsive to the needs of the property, our tenants or potential tenants when we are showing a property available for lease.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept rent payments in the form of Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, automatic deposits and bank bill pay

Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Livermore, East Castro Valley and North Fremont (Warm Springs and Niles districts)

What are your hours of operation?
9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and weekends by appointment. Emergencies are 24/7 24 hours a day on call. We also have a lockbox located on the front of the building for application drops or rent payment drops before and after hours for the convenience of our tenants and potential tenants.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
To refer another owner to us who is not please with their current situation. Or for an owner to refer members of their family or friends to us who have just purchased their first rental property and don't know where to begin.
